Professional Services Billing

This comprehensive system collects detailed billable and non-billable time and expense data from your professional services staff.  The data aggregates automatically so that consolidated activity can be viewed and analyzed across a variety of key dimensions - Client, Service Type, Time (week, month, quarter, etc.), Product Line, Fee Range, etc.  Professional client-deliverable time and expense reports can be printed as backup for the invoice.  Internal expense reports can be printed to facilitate the reimbursement process. 

Data from the Professional Services Billing system seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks where client invoices are prepared and either printed or emailed.  At the same time, all of the necessary accounting activity is recorded to book sales and track accounts receivable. 

This system can be easily adapted to any service business that bills customers based on time and expenses.
